With over 4,000 in-network locations offering a wide range of services, TPTN needed a comprehensive and user-friendly website to showcase its clinics. The goal was to provide a streamlined experience for patients to find clinics based on their location and specific services offered. Additionally, TPTN wanted to include information on insurance coverage and associated costs to help patients make informed decisions. To address concerns about insurance coverage, we added dedicated pages explaining how patients can determine their eligibility, what costs are associated with physical therapy, and which services are typically covered. This completed the goal of allowing potential patients to discover TPTN in-network clinics more easily and conveniently. These pages are written in clear, accessible language to demystify the process for users.

We also implemented SEO optimization throughout the site, improving its visibility and increasing site traffic. Additionally, multiple search features were integrated into the website to enhance usability and accessibility further. Since its launch, the new website has significantly improved patient engagement, providing a seamless way to connect individuals with the care they need while reinforcing TheraMatrix’s position as a leader in its industry.
